Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Poppy Lissiman pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original dust bag and branded box, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
